What does the service do?

This service returns the final price of the products /offer selected by the traveller. It provides the PNR total

amount based on the fare, SSRs and Fees for the itinerary including the taxes.

What are the inputs for this webservice?

  • Flight segment details

  • Number of passengers with passenger type

  • Point of sale

  • Ancillary details including SSR, seat, baggage

  • Passenger Fare Details

  • Selected Offer with Offer ID , Offer Item ID for Flight Fare, Ancillary, Extra Baggage and Seat.

  • Point of Sale and Currency.

  • Number of passengers with passenger type

In OfferPriceRQ, Flight Fare OfferID and OfferItemID details always will be in a single separate Offer.

Also the OfferID and OfferItemID details for Ancillary, Extra Baggage and Seat also will be in a separate Offer.

In case of a Multiple Segment Itinerary, if ServiceListRQ/SeatAvailabilityRQ is Triggered for each segment separately, OfferID and OfferItemID details for Ancillary/XBAG/Seat should be placed in separate Offers for each segments.

What are the outputs of this webservice?

  • Priced Offer with Offer ID and Offer Item ID details

  • Final price of the Offer selected by passenger including flight/seat/ancillary/baggage

  • Fare and tax split up

  • Fare basis code

  • Amount to be paid for the Offer selected

 

General Usage Guidelines

The Offer Price Service:

Returns total price, fare and tax with tax breakdown

It returns total price, fare and tax for each passenger

The price is returned in the currency of the agent’s Point of Sale regardless of point of commencement

Example: If the journey starts from London but the agent’s location is Paris then the price will be returned in EUR
